Terms and Conditions – 777zs Betting Platform

By accessing, registering, or using the 777zs platform in any way — whether through the website at 777zs.win or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and 777zs.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

If you are accessing 777zs on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To register and use 777zs, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777zs is strictly an adult platform. We do not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your situation.
• You must not have previously had a 777zs account that was closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or under a cooling-off period that you yourself requested.

If at any point you no longer meet these eligibility requirements, you must stop using the platform and contact 777zs support.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on 777zs. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 777zs will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately. Any activity that takes place on your account before you report unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

3.4 Account Verification

777zs may request identity or payment verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a government-issued CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.1 Currency

All transactions on 777zs are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There are no foreign currency conversions, and no additional currency fees are applied by 777zs. You deposit in PKR, your balance is held in PKR, and all payouts are made in PKR.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

777zs currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

4.3 Deposit Minimums and Maximums

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may be updated periodically. VIP members may be eligible for higher deposit limits.

4.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. 777zs reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. 4.5 Failed or Delayed Transactions

If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within the expected timeframe, contact 777zs support with your transaction reference number. 777zs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages or banking system issues outside its control.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted once confirmed by the 777zs system and a bet reference number is issued. Bets placed during a system outage or where the market has suspended are not valid. In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the precise moment the bet is confirmed — not the odds displayed on screen before submission.

5.2 Cricket and PSL Markets

Cricket betting on 777zs — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — follows standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or shortened in a manner that materially affects the result, 777zs reserves the right to void affected markets or settle them according to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern ( DLS) method where applicable.

5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — due to a system error, data feed failure or human input mistake — 777zs reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to your account balance. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. 777zs will notify affected users when this occurs.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be accepted at a reduced stake that keeps the potential payout within the limit, or may be declined at 777zs's discretion.

5.5 Unsettled Bets

Bets on live events are settled as soon as results are officially confirmed. In cases where an official result is delayed or disputed, settlement may be held pending confirmation. 777zs uses official governing body results as the primary source for settlement — for cricket this means results as published by the PCB or the relevant international cricket board.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on 777zs are subject to specific terms which are published on the Promotions page. These Terms and Conditions set out the general framework that applies to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Bets placed on certain low-margin markets or games may not count towards wagering requirements — this is specified in individual promotion terms.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus or promotion may be active on your account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonus balances being voided.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

777zs monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a bonus-related payout, or systematically exploiting promotion terms. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

6.5 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets expire on the date stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance and cannot be reinstated.

777zs is committed to providing a safe and controlled environment for its players. Betting and gaming should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

7.1 Player Tools

The following tools are available to all 777zs account holders directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set a time limit per session after which a reminder prompt will appear. This helps you keep track of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from betting for a set period — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 777zs. This closes your account and removes access to all betting and gaming functions. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

7.2 Minors

If you share a device with family members, including children, ensure your 777zs account is logged out when not in use and that your login credentials are not accessible to minors. Parental control software is recommended for households with children.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777zs platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's details
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal or payment information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or latency in the betting system
• Match fixing, spot fixing or placing bets based on inside information relating to any sporting event
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 777zs staff or other platform users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or scrape any part of the 777zs platform

9.1 Suspension by 777zs

777zs reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds will be restricted until the investigation is concluded.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 777zs support. Pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard timelines. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 777zs will notify you by email before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce your balance below zero. Details of current dormancy fee amounts are available from support.

777zs provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, upgrades or due to circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted, 777zs will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made on the platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of 777zs
• Technical failures, service interruptions or data errors caused by third-party providers including payment processors and data feed suppliers
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure

Nothing in these Terms limits 777zs's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

777zs collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and — where you have opted in — send you promotional communications. 777zs does not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations. Contact support to make a data request.

777zs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will always be accessible on this page with the revision date clearly displayed at the top.

Your continued use of the 777zs platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
